A friend of mine recently did Bill Phillip's Transformation. That is an understatement, though. She transformed herself so thoroughly that he made a seven minute video about her! And I thought it was so cool that I had to share. Check it out.

Well dang, that was about the most motivational thing ever!

Wow, she looks amazing. I didn't get much about what his transformation was (am I supposed to have heard of him?) but whatever it was she looks fantastic!
That was very inspiring. It brought tears to my eyes when her 11 year old son held her hand after a long absence from doing so. Families are forever!
I loved this video. An amazing woman. I loved how she took control of her life and became a happy athlete again. It's no wonder her kids love and look up to her!
